The Elvet Structures Design Team can convert your conventional brick and block house plans to timber frame with the minimum of modifications. Alternatively we offer a wide range of standard house designs.

Timber studs and rails form a structural frame which transmits all vertical and horizontal loads to the foundations. The non-loadbearing exterior cladding provides an elegant weatherproof exterior.

Because all the hard work is done in our factory, the Timber Frame House is delivered in kit form. Construction on site is rapid and requires fewer staff; qualities which will appeal to both the DIY home builder and the large building company.
